Corporate Wellness Workshops in NYC
Looking for a meaningful way to support employee wellbeing, reduce stress, and create space for your team to recharge?
A Human Approach to Workplace Wellness
I partner with organizations, HR and People teams, managers, and community leaders to create thoughtfully designed workshops that are genuinely engaging and relevant, and reflect the needs of their teams. Workshops are adapted for different group sizes, professional settings, and organizational goals. My workshops create space for employees, teams, and communities to better understand themselves, build practical skills, and explore how they show up at work and in their relationships with others.
Drawing from my work as a psychotherapist and 200-hour certified yoga teacher, I bring a collaborative, grounded, mind-body approach that considers both the personal and professional elements of a high achieving workspace.
The goal isn't to add another thing to the to-do list. It’s to help you feel grounded and equipped to navigate the to-do list.
Wellness Workshop Offerings in NYC
SKILL BUILDING
Stress is part of working life, but understanding how it affects us can change how we respond to it. These workshop focus on topics like the nervous system or stress regulation in an accessible, practical way. Participants will gain tools for feeling more regulated, focused, and grounded. Through psychoeducation, guided exercises, and simple breathing practices, participants leave with strategies they can use during a busy workday and beyond.
EXPERIENTIAL
Experiential workshops give employees an opportunity to step away from the pace of the workday and reconnect with themselves through guided meditation, breathwork, and movement. Sessions are adapted to different comfort levels and experience, offering accessible ways to reset, improve body awareness, and build moments of calm into everyday routines. No prior experience with yoga or meditation is needed.
MIND-BODY CONNECTION
A combination of skill building and experience: These workshops focus on the connection of the cognitive and the somatic, the mind and body. Participants will learn how stress, emotions, and thought patterns manifest in the body. Through accessible psychoeducation and guided experiential practices, participants will develop tools to feel more present, grounded, and connected in their everyday lives.

Welcome!
I’m a psychotherapist and 200-hour certified yoga teacher. My work focuses on helping individuals attune to their mind and body, in order to better navigate relationships, conflict, and professional life. I hold an MSW from New York University, along with training from The William Alanson White Institute, and New York Center for Emotion Focused Therapy.
Drawing on my clinical background and yoga training, I make psychological and biological concepts simple and accessible, and transform those concepts into easy-to-learn skills that individuals can use both at work and in their personal life. My workshops help participants recognize stress before it escalates, manage pressure more effectively, improve focus, and understand how their mental and physical states influence their performance. Through psychoeducation and guided experiential practices, I equip teams with tools to navigate demanding workloads, recover from stress, and build more sustainable habits that support both individual wellness and workplace cohesion.
Whether you're planning a one-time workshop or looking to build a more ongoing wellness program, I'd love to hear what you're hoping to create.
