HEY THERE, I’M MOLLI
Therapist for NYC Women
You did it! I’m happy you’re here.
I’m a New York City therapist for women in their 20s and 30s.
I specialize in all things womanhood: anxiety, life transitions, relationships, career, family, friendships, future planning, eating disorders, disconnection of mind and body, and self image.
I approach my work through both Eastern and Western philosophies of healing, guided by the belief that lasting change happens when we attend to the whole person. I am a psychodynamically and relationally trained therapist, as well as a 200-hour Certified Yoga teacher and lifelong yogi.
I lead with curiosity into how our foundational relationships shape our beliefs and emotional experiences, as well as the patterns we carry into our current relationships. I’ll admit, gaining insight can feel great for our brains, but we don’t always feel that truth in our body; it’s the difference between knowing something and truly believing it.
Insight is an important part of healing, but it isn't always enough on its own. I incorporate Somatic Experiencing, yogic philosophy and pranayama practice as tools to attune to mind, body, and spirit, as our bodies often hold important information before our minds can fully make sense of it. Change happens when our minds and bodies begin to tell the same story.

I exist outside of work too!
Once upon a time I was a ballet dancer and theater kid with big feelings that I couldn’t make sense of. Managing my anxiety looked like blasting Spring Awakening and scream-singing Totally Fucked. I knew two things for sure:
I needed a therapist.
I needed to move to New York as soon as humanly possible.
12-year-old me was on to something, because those two things helped create the woman I am today. It’s been a convoluted journey with lots of stumbles and detours, write more here
I’ve seen all of Friends at least 20 times
Rigatoni is the perfect pasta shape for every. single. sauce.
The best way to procrastinate is hyper fixating on a new hobby — I am currently very into embroidery
Jazzing up Trader Joe’s spicy sesame noodles is better than Momofuku
Harry Potter Wizards of Baking has no business being as good as it is
My preferred vacation is finding secluded beaches in new countries
